Cybergoing 12-Month Warranty
All brand-new Cybergoing escooters are covered under our manufacturer's 1-year all-inclusive warranty for the original owner, protecting against all manufacturing defects.
The warranty is automatically registered when you order and receive the product from our online shop. Please note that the warranty applies to the initial purchaser only.
For orders that are fully refunded as a result of a dispute, the customer's scooter will no longer be eligible for any services provided by Cybergoing.
Warranty Target Audience
All quality-related defects on items sold directly by Cybergoing or Cybergoing's authorized resellers are covered by an extensive warranty
Batteries
It is normal circumstence for the battery capacity fading with time goes by. It is excluded out of the warranty coverage.
Warranty service will be not honored if the damage is caused by human.
This Limited Warranty does not cover
Warranty service will be not honored if the damage is caused by human.
Damage caused by external factors is not covered under the warranty. This includes, but is not limited to, natural disasters such as typhoons, hurricanes, earthquakes, floods, lightning strikes, or extreme weather conditions. Additionally, incidents such as fires, accidents, or unauthorized modifications are also excluded from warranty coverage.
Claims Process
All claims to this warranty must be made through Cybergoing and submitted to support@cybergoing.com. Proofs of purchase (i.e., invoice or order number) and photos or videos of the damaged product are required with any warranty request. Before making a warranty claim, we suggest that you contact us at support@cybergoing.com as there may be a simple fix for your problem. Valid warranty claims will be processed through Hiboy within 1 years of initial purchase.
Cybergoing will not replace any part without first seeing photos or video of the damaged product. Customers need to provide us with evidence by email.
Shipping Damage Claims
In rare instances, the item received may be damaged during transportation. If shipping damage occurs, please contact support@cybergoing.com and provide us with photo or video proof.
