Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Time & Carriers

Due to ongoing global supply chain fluctuations, delivery times may vary. We appreciate your patience as we work to deliver your order safely and efficiently.

  • Standard Shipping: 5-8 business days after processing

  • Carriers: UPS, FedEx, DHL, or local postal services (varies by region)


Holiday Shipping (November - December)

During peak holiday seasons, please allow additional processing and delivery time due to high order volumes.

  • Orders placed before December 15th will be prioritized for holiday delivery.

  • Orders placed after December 15th may not arrive before Christmas.


Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes

  • APO/FPO addresses

  • Hawaii / Alaska

  • Puerto Rico

  • U.S. Virgin Islands

  • Guam

  • Military districts

  • Addresses outside the continental U.S.


Delivery Terms

  • Delivery Hours: Most deliveries occur between 8 AM – 8 PM.

  • Signature Requirement: Some shipments may require a signature upon delivery.

  • Order Cancellation:

    • You may cancel an order before it ships.

    • If the order has already shipped, a 5080 cancellation fee will apply.

  • Failed Deliveries:

    • If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, a 5080 re-delivery fee will apply.

    • Refused packages (except for transit damage) incur a 10% restocking fee.


Damaged or Lost Shipments

1. Items Damaged During Shipping

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Do not discard the original packaging.

  2. Take photos of the damaged product and packaging.

  3. Notify us and the shipping carrier within 7 days of delivery.

  4. Provide the carrier’s confirmation or claim number for resolution.

2. Lost or Stolen Packages

For fastest resolution, we recommend Route Package Protection at checkout.

What Route Covers?

  • Lost in Transit:

    • Domestic: Report after 7 days (but no later than 30 days) from the last tracking update.

  • Stolen (Marked as Delivered):

    • Report between 5-15 days after delivery.

    • Orders over $100 USD require a police report.

  • Damaged Items:

    • Submit photos of damage within 15 days of delivery.

Without Route Protection, claims may take longer to process.
